Dr. Susan Galvin is the most recent addition to our group. Dr. Susan recently relocated to the Anchorage area from Ohio and joined us in October 2009. She has extensive family practice experience and has worked overseas in Medical Humanitarian Missions in Peru and the Dominican Republic. Of note, Dr. Susan received a Soldier’s medal for her rescue efforts during the September 11, 2001 attack on the Pentagon where she was employed at the time. The Soldier’s Medal is the highest military honor given for valor during peacetime. Dr. Susan is joined here in Anchorage with her husband, and active duty Air Force ER physician, and their 3 small children.
