The Front Desk staff at Hillside Family Medicine is here to help our patients schedule appointments, submit charges to insurance, and pay a balance. They make sure we have current up to date information on our patients in order to communicate patient needs to our doctors and provide accurate insurance billing.
The Front Desk staff can also take care of any Medical Record needs that you may have whether it be a copy for your own personal use or to send them to another Medical Clinic. A Medical Records Release is required and can be found in Registration Forms under the Forms link.
